Do you have a physical store?
Tropical View Swim is currently operating as an online store only, which greatly cut the extra cost like expensive high street store rent and expenses and this is directly reflected on the reasonable prices of our products. You can place an order directly online safely and easily.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit. We securely process all payments through Paypal or Stripe. No Credit Card information is stored on our website.
What currency are your prices in?

When will my order ship?
After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 3-7 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.
Chinese holiday reminder: During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1, 2017) and Chinese New Year (January 28, 2017), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-10 days.
